Under pressure to convince Lucas to sell, Toadie tries a new strategy by having lunch with Sonya, Lucas and Emilia. Toadie tries to get Emilia to make Lucas reconsider his decision not to sell the garage. Then a visit from health and safety officials and a subsequent break in make Lucas suspect foul play. Kyle returns, but is stunned to hear about Brennan's death. He discovers the reason behind Kate's behaviour when he finds Noah's letter.
