Furious that Sophie ditched school, Kate embarrasses her in front of Noah. However when Sophie challenges Kate about being no fun she worries Sophie may be right. Kyle is delighted when Paul supports the petition to stop the shopping development - while Toadie fears he will have to reveal his role in the project. Trying to keep out of the firing line, he finds out that Peter will chair the council meeting.
